FNB Commercial representative vs DB Division

I'd like to express my annoyance and frustration when dealing with FNB commercial business manager Thabo Legoete. I successfully completed a Debt Review process over a decade ago and the past year have gravitated towards FNB for a business bank account based on all the Pros. It's been over a year having a business bank account and the account sees sufficient traffic (funds inflow and outflow of the account). I am in the process of applying for credit with FNB for the business and get told to deal with Thabo Legoete. I then get informed that I'm still flagged as being under Debt Review - When querying it with Thabo, his MIA - I then was introduced to Mandisa, who shares my frustration when dealing with the lack of conviction from a business banker who's suppose to be championing for not only my business but his client - alas that is not the case. I unfortunately don't have a clearance certificate as this occurred over a decade ago but was advised reach out to NCR and get a DHS screenshot, share with FNB Debt Review division and all will be ironed out. It's been two weeks of radio silence thinking that NCR correspondence was sufficient as the banking systems can align with what was shared from NCR. Nope! No such luck, was just informed, I still need to obtain a clearance certificate from 10 years ago, that I'm supposed to get where exactly. We never had such red tape a decade ago. FNB commercial, I love your services but if I continue dealing with hurdles like this I'll be force to move my account to a competitor. Please resolve issue ASAP!
