FNB collections

Hi. My Name is Anthony Shaw. I have been battling over 3 months to get hold of FNB collection department. I call FNB all and well up until the agent says here's the number but in the mean while I'm gonna put you through. Rings twice and drops. Then you call the number provided and it just takes for ever. So please FNB can you get someone to assist me.
