FNB Collection department

Morning I'm disappointed by the way fnb collection department is trying to **** me, I settled my 2 devises accounts last year on the 26th of September under P8&HAMMOND the collectors appointed by you (FNB) you failed to furnish me with a paid up letter till today You have instructed CBS& Blake attorneys to torment me on the same accounts .This is not acceptable at all I have sent proof of payments to CBS & Blake attorney and that didn't help. my name is Ishmael Matibing
