Fnb cofid relief fund problems

I have been approved for cofid relief fund. And under fnb contract of a total loan amount. Out of the total amount certain smaller amounts has been calculated to coffer al the debit orders. Now,, the amounts that has been payed out on the debit orders is allot less, as stipulated on the contract. But yet i am accountable to repay the full contract amount. Altho they havent been paying al the money out into the debit orders. I have logged several complaints. And no one from covid relief fund FNB is getting back to me. I dont know what to do regarding this matter. Doesn't seem that fnb is trying to resolve the matter.
