FNB - CLUELESS !!!
Hi

I had a stroke in November 2014 and as a result I am in a wheelchair, partially paralysed and unable to work.
I contacted FNB to explain the situation and to let them know that I could not pay for my FNB device.
After days of struggling to reach the correct department, wasted time and phone calls, I was told that I had to stop using my account completely so that the device payment goes into default. Apparently they couldn't do anything about it until that happened.

So I stopped using my account which meant I still have bank charges, debit default fees and other charges to pay...but I cannot use my account, cannot do shopping with my card and loose out on my Ebucks etc.
It is now halfway through March and no one has contacted me about the device payment or asked what is happening etc.
Even more important...not once has anyone at FNB expressed and concern or sympathy for what happened to me and my resultant situation.

Everyday day I get these stupid, irritating automated calls and sms's telling I must use my account and deposit money or it will affect my credit rating etc.

I KNOW THAT AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO !!!
