FNB closure nigtmare

again they can close a account. just get 07:22 email saying they cant close my bank account. because of credit balance. Which ****** account? i requested to close all of them. And the amount indicated is not the balance is the one account.

PS why can agent call me before 8 in morning. but i cant. clearing saying operating hours is after 08:00
