Fnb closing of my account

Good day, I am so sad about the service offered by fnb. Payment was made to my account and then FNB blocked it. I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions but I get no response.

Each time I call the bank, they put me on hold until my airtime runs out. When I went into the branch, I could still get no reason for why my account was blocked. I can't pay my clients at the moment since my account was blocked.

This is one of the worst things that has happened to me this year. I regret banking with them and I would not recommend people to trust them with their money.

In the branch I was told that the account received a payment from another account that had committed *****. Like honestly, how can I know that I am being paid by someone who committed *****?
