FNB closing my accounts

I’ve been a FNB personal and Business bank client for 10+ years! We’ve got 6 business accounts and various commercial property facilities. We’re having a problem with tje registering of our COJ tax and rates account, we’ve been communicating this with Heather Whiteley. FNB wants a proof that the account is up to date for the commercial property. We can’t submit it due to the lack of service from COJ. Al of the sudden FNB is pulling the carpet under us, recalling tje property facilities and closing all our commercial bank accounts. WOW, this a customer support!
