FNB closed my account with funds still in it!!!

I requested for bank account closure because of the useless service I've been receiving from FNB! They closed my daughter's account with thousands in it and now they are refusing to transfer the funds to an external bank I have moved to. This is the reason I changed from private clients to Premier and useless Online Chat bankers. With all complaints raised during Lockdown, I have had no customer service calls from this bank. I am very disappointed as I have been with this bank for over 10years
