Fnb closed my account for ***** without legal documentation due to Parkland antiques

My bank account has been frozen since Thursday the 10th November 2019 . i advertised colletors Royal albert s****s 6 boxed gold plated s****s on face book with a picture of the box with the s****s on fb. A interested buyer collector Stephen Jenkins and antique store owner from Paklands Antiques in Cape Town contacted me via whatsapp and phoned me.He wanted the exact mesaurements of the box and he wanted me to package it so that he could send the courier guy to collect.so i gave the exact measurements of the box.He asked if it was all 6 and i said it only one box with 6 s****s and he said ok i dont want it i am cancelling he toughtbit was six boxes.so i said it ok then.He also asked for my banking details and adress for the ciurier to cokkectvthe same day. So with him not interested the conversatuin was over he was rude.He didnt send me a proof of purchase he didnt say anything about him making a payment nothing.He could phone or sms me i picked up when he called every time.at 13:00 my bank account gave me a error when i tried to load airtime on my phone at plus minus 4 o clock mr Jenkins phoned me and a answered he said that he reported me as a ***** and a ******* and i could expect the saps at my door,but nothing more ,he didnt tell me anything about a payment being made or refund if any came trough ...he cancelled it My husband contacted him and also asked him why he phoned an accused someone without reason of being a *****.He also asked mr Jenkins if he made any payments and he did not answer ,i phoned the bank after i googled the code that the bank gave me on my phone banking.I asked the call centre agent if there where any payment made from a mr Jenkins and she said none. She said that i should go to my bank the next morning with a affidavid of what had happened .i went to the police station and ro the bank with the fb adverti*****t and whatsapps . As soon as i sat down in caoitec bank at the consultant a payment came trough at 10 o clock and i showed the consultant My account is frozen i cant give him his refund or anything.well if he told me that he did make a payment or send a proof of purchase i would have gladly returned it The consultant tried to phone the forensics dept. My bank tried to help me she said that my account was closed without any legal documentation. I sat this whole weekend without a bank card or funds. I cant ooen another account. Due to a oerson that could have just send a proof of payment or tokd me that the want a refunt because they made a payment. Andbthe bank could have phoned me aswell befire doing this.
