FNB clients take note! FNB account security compromised. Beware!

One of my cards was inexplicably canceled today. I phoned the ***** department and received no answers except that a random consultant at random branch canceled my card. This is not only not acceptable but now I am seriously concerned about the security of my account. Did some random consultant just access my profile just like that and cancel my card? I am seriously on edge right now, and even finding it difficult to get sleep. I have a busy schedule for tomorrow, but I now have to find some time to run to the branch and brave the que to find out what the hell is going on, when it's all FNB's fault. And I don't have a card as well. This is not acceptable and seriously dents FNB's credibility. I demand answers ASAP. I will have to consult a lawyer on this. This is too stressful. I expect a call from someone at Fnb first thing in the morning.
