FNB clients accounts not safe, their money also not protected

FNB clients are exposed to ***** if using FNB banking systems. If a ******** manages to extract money from a clients FNB account, that money won't be paid by the bank. This means our money is not safe with FNB banking systems, yet they charge us monthly fees in maintenance of the account.

Recently I woke up with a transaction of my account done by an unknown company on my account. A payment was done on my account without my knowledge. Contacted FNB about the *****, and the money was not refunded, and when I ask them they just not in a position to track and refund my money back into my account.

All FNB did was stoping my card and issuing me with a new one. What about my money ****** out of the account, well nothing, my loss I suppose. In all money ****** out of our account FNB will not refund and they are not accountable. Time to change banks..
