FNB CLIENT SERVICE NON EXISTENT

FNB has no concern for their clients, they are only interested in making money. Their so called service to private clients is non existent. I have been waiting more than a month for an explanation on a transaction on my bond account a day after the bond was settled, to date I have received no information relating to this transaction despite numerous emails. Furthermore they placed a hold on my revolving credit after I transferred a large sum of money into it which I am no longer able to access. FNB did not even have the common courtesy of contacting me as a supposed "private client" to inform or discuss the matter. I have honoured all the arrangements I made and am not in arrears with any of it. I would not recommend FNB to anyone and I cannot wait to move my account elsewhere!
