FNB client - possible ********** activity

On 17 Dec 2015, I paid a client of FNB, Beach Swimwear, an amount of R699.00 for a classic poolside cover-up. Proof-of-payment is to hand. I have asked Beach Swimwear repeatedly via email when I could collect the item, and on each occasion my queries were met only with what proved to be excuses and evasions. My previous two emails have remained entirely unanswered. Since Beach Swimwear seems to have no intention of actually supplying the item I have ordered and paid for, I demanded a full and unconditional refund. Despite promises from Beach Swimwear to give me a refund, this has not happened.

Beach Swimwear is an FNB client and is possibly running a business based on ***** through an FNB account. Their details are:

Beach Swimwear - First National Bank
o Account Number: ***
o Branch Code: 250655

Please would the FNB anti-***** dept investigate? I would obviously like a refund, but more importantly, wish to stop these ********s.
