FNB Client Credit Status - A useless farce

I believe that FNB's client credit status (with which interest rates and credit eligibility is determined) is a useless farce. Let me show you why... Below is my credit atatus.

Behind on payments - Red - Your arrears record is significant. The reality is that there is one skipped insurance payment (not credit) from May 2020.

Credit Trend - Red - You have no credit history for us to review. Reality: Why then penalise me on a skipped insurance payment, but not use the rest of the payment history to analyze? Also, I have A lewis account and a FNB personal loan - both in good standing.

Time with FNB - RED - I have not banked with FNB long enough. Reality: WOW, you promise me the world, get me to leave my previous bank, swop my debit orders and then you tell me because I have not banked with you long enough, you basically do not trust me?

Credit limit usage - Orange - My usage could go either way. Reality: Again, how is my credit trend RED. You won't give me a credit card because I have a low FNB credit score, I have a low credit score because I have no credit history, I open accounts to build up a credit history and you penalise me again? What do you want actually?? Also, the Mickey Mouse amount I owe my creditors is not nearly approaching a tipping point.

Proven track record - ORANGE. Well, how about you explain that to me?

I would appreciate a formal letter, on a FNB letter head explaining why my "Credit Status" is so low at FNB, whereas your own information contradicts itself as well as that of Compuscan. Please do not just send an automated response saying you will look into it. I will approach the banking ombudsman in this regard if it isn't resolved in a very short space of time.

Reviewer Update
48 Hours have come and gone, and I have as yet not received the promised response. This is absolutely typical of the service I have grown to experience from FNB.
