FNB clerk opens the envelope containing my credit card and then tries to expose the pin

<p>Yesterday I went in to pick up a new credit card from FNB Phoenix plaza because my CV number had been revealed to a cell C agent after her importuning and her saying that an account could not be paid if she did not know the CV number; the FNB ***** squad then told me that the card had to be cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>The FNB clerk photocopied my ID and retrieved the envelope containing my credit card.</p> <p>While I was answering a mobile phone call from a patient, he opened the envelope and saw my CV number.</p> <p>He began removing the plastic which cloaked my pin number.</p> <p>Fortunately, I managed to stopped him in time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told him that he should not have opened the envelope or tried to see my pin number.</p> <p>He was not contrite and did not apologise.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got to the surgery, I reported the incident to the FNB manager at Phoenix plaza.</p> <p>I have to give my full attention to my patients.</p> <p>I do not need bank personnel to give me this added stress.</p> <p>Those who deliberately harm doctors who are trying to help the ailing are disgusting and cursed.</p> <p> </p>
