FNB Cleary Park branch going beyond the call of duty, I never experienced such service before.

I would like to commend Reeza and Alma at FNB Cleary Park for their excellent service and assistance when I had my dilemma.

I made a deposit after close of business on the 23 of May 2022 and walk away without confirming the details of the deposit. The ATM rejected the deposit and the notes where returned. A random stranger walked by and took the receipt and notes and reported the incident to the center management.

Came into the branch to report the incident and I was helped promptly. Upon investigation the 2 staff members of the branch discovered that the money was taken by one of the tenants and we managed to recover the money.
