FNB Clearwater Mall - useless and *********** staf

Once again, FNB Clearwater Mall has proven to be a bunch of useless and *********** staff.<br> <br> They also do not have a branch manager, or if they do, he/she is never there or available.<br> <br> They should close this branch and employ new staff to work there.<br> <br> I expect a call from FNB's regional manager who looks after the Clearwater Mall branch to have my issues resolved. I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH any *********** staff member at Clearwater Mall.
