FNB Claremont

I went Into the store to give my papers in for my card and the guy said I would get my card within the next 5-7 working days. It's going for the third week now. I don't know why FNB take so long to courier cards, other banks gives your card the same day. They set you an expectation later to disappoint you. You should know your supplier and set the correct time frames to your customers. Your bank has been around for very long, this is something you should know. People work on a budget according to their finances and your incorrect time frames has interrupted my plans.
