Fnb claims for retrenchment

<p>I recently got retrenched and have a loan with fnb,luc****y the loan had credit protection insurance that covers the installments for six months should i not get a new job..i was informed that i have to put in the claim asap as it takes up to 4 weeks to be approved.knowing this information i claimed in the begining of august to make sure the insurance will cover me at the end of september seeing that i finish work on the 15th and will not recieve another salary..i submitted the requested forms and was never made aware by fnb that additional forms was required,i went into thabazimbi branch asking what is the status of the claim.they told me it will not be approved because of outstanding id document and certificate of service documents,i made sure to get those documents sent on monday 05/09/2016 they said that it was recieved however today 07/06/2016 i get another sms reading claim unsuccessful due to outstanding documents that have allready been submitted two days prior to this...at this rate my loan will not be covered and wil try to deduct at the end of the month because someone at fnb is clearly *********** to do their job properly..this will be the last time that i do business with fnb because everytime i have an enquiry about my account or loans there is some sort of problem.!!!!!</p>
