FNB Claims Department Very Unprofessional!!

The claim of a funeral cover was not successfully paid in to a Capitec Acc for 8 days Due to typing in a wrong account number by FNB. We have been **** to by the claims department stating that Capitec Rejected the payout. The trauma that we as a family went through is terrible and the disgusting service is appalling
