FNB Claims

Dear FNB Life Claims

I submitted a request for you to review my FNB Claims for my credit card which I found to be unfair why you did not pay for my claim after I submitted my forms to you on the basis of retrenchment and your reason for your assessment I found that it is not legit because of the following :

1. Section C of the employer question of the claims forms confirms that I was permanent employee and not temporary

2. Your reason of me being employed as temporary employee you never called my employer to confirm it you guys just assumed it.

3. Your reason for your claim assessment I found it not to truthful as it was never explained to me.

Please confirm my claim as soon as possible because I get call from the FNB credit card department every day please pay my credit card installments.

My Personal Details

FNB Gold Credit Card Account No:

4 ********** 8 **********

Full Names: Kevin Edmund Malope

ID No: ********** 409086

Cell No: ********** 955
**********

Regards:

Kevin Malope
