FNB Claim of Funds

FNB used to be my most trusted and convenient Bank but now their service is horrible. Their turnaround times are all lies. I lodged a claim in March and I was requested to send my documents for my funds to be released from my suspense account. An agreement was made to send my documents to *** and to terminate my relationship with them.I waited for months and last week I sent an email to make a follow up. They said 3 working days, I am still waiting till today. This issue needs to be addressed as I am not the only one complaining about their customer service. We are also going through difficulties due to Covid. I can’t wait any longer
