FNB ***** claim not taken seriously

I’ve been banking with @FNBSA for over 15 years but I got ****med over R6000 on Tuesday 2nd January, called the bank to assist and reverse the transaction but all they could help me with was canceling my cards 😒 Consulted at the @FNBSA branch the next morning, still couldn’t be given answers! I’m very disappointed in the *********** service I received from @FNBSA, this bank couldn’t even tell me whether they’re going to give me back my money or not! How is our money not safe at the bank @FNBSA when it’s supposed to be at its safest when it’s placed at the bank???
