FNB Claim loss of income..

I have notice that FNB is not treating us well, Firstly it was with my Cover (life) I took long ago I had a stroke and when I tried to claim from it they took me from one pillar to another ask all documents I submitted all the required docs...But to my surprise they did not pay me as the policy indicated..

The second plan was for Unemployment for the lost of income am struggling as we speak....Policy is still existing FNBLCC00179. Today 25/08/2020 i call them to find out with the claim process. It is clear that they try to play games.
