FNB claim app is full of ****

Hi, I have a funeral policy from 2018 with FNB and my dad passed away the weekend that passed. I tried to logg a claim many times and it just says request time out, try again. Why the **** have this service that does not work. I had to call in and logg it. Docs could be loaded and could. Just a waste of time. Sort your **** app out.
