FNB City Square service

I am at the City Square FNB branch in Pietermaritzburg KwaZulu-Natal, I am here to collect my Business account card and I must say that I have really been dissapointed as there is no order here and some employees here are just walking around and not assisting us, one has been on a personal call for over 20mins and we can all here her making funeral plans for the weekend whilst there is a long que. There is also one who is with a very young child which looks to be just a couple of months old. This is frustrating as the que is not moving and some customers are having to leave without being assisted.
