FNB CIPC Service is Pathetic

I registered my business with FNB CIPC online registration last year October to my suprise they sent me other CIPC documents except My CoR 14.3 Certificate (Who know what else was missing) as a result I am having problems with SARS as they cannot grant me a income tax number without the certificate. I also lost two deals. If only I've known FNB do not really care about SME's I would have done this the old way of doing it because it is effective as soon as I resolve this with CIPC FNB will kiss my business goodbye.
