On the 23rd of Jan '17, I submitted an application to have a company registered through the FNB Online CIPC registration service. The payment was also made on the same day.

- A week leter I recieve an sms saying my application is incomplete, I call the CIPC only to find out my payment was not linked to my application, I then forward POP and ID and they (FNB CIPC) confirm reciept

- After a long time with no feedback i email twice asking for feedback and NOTHING.

- I keep getting reffered from one person to another, no one has cooking clue as to what they are doing at FNB
- No one is able to give me concrete feedback, just told "we have forwarded you query to [whoever] we are waiting for feedbac.

It is now the 30th of March, I have no company registered, no one can tell me the progress of my application, FNB CIPC Registration has completely igonered me and have shown a new level of *********** customer service.

Can someone more competent and with actual feedback get in touch with me, this has gone out of hand I'm not pleased with the type of service I've recieved from FNB>

Hi,

It's almost a week and still nothing.

If you guys are not going to do your jobs and sort this out, just refund me my money. I'll go register my company and business account elsewhere. This is really unacceptable honestly.

Hi Daffnie ,

It has been over a month since the last interaction and no one at FNB has even bothered to give me a call with a resolution. It's evident that FNB doesn't care about its customers.

So I would like to request an immediate refund of the money I paid you for the services of which I will NEVER get. I am highly dissappointed.
