FNB Cipc registration a waste of time and money

I tried to register my business through FNB Business in June, submitted required documents y proof of residence was still within the required period. Nothing happened I followed up in July they only picked it up then and told because they just opened the email that was sent in June my documents are now invalid. Resent a letter in July nothing followed up August they cannot accept the document sent as it is a letter not an account. How many people receive mails 2019? Really!!! I do not have an account accept my FNB statement which they will not accept. The matter is supposedly escalate after my request because this is just rediculous. Now I would like a refund on the fees I paid because I just realised I made a big mistake my business still not registered.
