FNB CIPC Registration

The way I am so disappointed with the FNB CIPC registration process, I do not think I will ever advice anyone to utilize the services of FNB. I use to rate FNB as one of the best business SA. but recently I am very disappointed. I have been sending documents for registration and every time I make follow up, I am being told that the documents are being escalated. I have made a payment since the 09th of May 2019 and today is the 3rd of June but the documents are still not processed. As for the time one spend on a phone call whilst waiting for them to answer, is the worst.

Maybe FNB is out-sourced. I mean more than 30 minutes of waiting and only to be told that documents are being escalated? I was given the same answer more than 5 times. Now I am about to lose my business opportunity. If you cant answer our calls why cant you help us with a 'Self Service'?
