Fnb cipc reg bad service

Unhappy with FNB CIPC REG Service.

I have submitted an application successfully online and paid etc. Thereafter fnb requested that i submitted documents to them for the application. I have then did just that only to be waiting over weeks with no response. I continuously called over numerous times only to be placed on they hold dial tone for several minutes with no response.

I emailed over numerous occasions only to receive their automated response about 3days feedback which never comes.

I am highly upset as to where do i sort out as i can not find a number to speak to someone who can assist with mt enquiry.
