FNB CIPC MUST JUST SHUT DOWN

On the 6th April 2017 i started a registration for a business via FNB CIPC and i did not complete it due to personal reasons, however i received a reference number to use when i log back in to complete the registration. I tried to use the reference number on the 20th April 2017 and it said that the reference number is invalid which then led me to send a complaint or escalation to the complaints department found online. The complaints department sent me to cipc escalations on the 27th if not 28th April 2017, between that time and now i have been asking for feedback numerous times, they requested our registration documents and the reference number i am complaining about and i submitted all of that, again i am the one who requested the feedback because they will not come back and say they have received anything or if anything is in progress, later i was asked for the reference number again but i had already given it to them, which to me says they are not filing or noting anything i send to them. It is well over a month and i am losing out on business opportunities. My understanding of CIPC working with FNB was for convenience but i have been struggling, i could have just used old method but i also wanted to use FNB for my business account.

This has been the most frustrating process ever. It has put everything on a stand still for me.
