FNB CIPC business registration

I registered my company via FNB CIPC on the 22 of May 2019. I paid the required amount and submitted all the documents. The process was suppose to take 10 working days. its been more than a month now and still didn't receive any feedback. i tried to phone FNB more than 5 times just to follow up on my application. No answer. can you assist ?
