FNB CIPC / Business Banking Registration Process a Disaster

I followed the online process to register a new business and fnb business bank account through the FNB CIPC website on 18 August 2016. I then received the email to send through my supporting documentation and I did so on the same day. I was told that it can take up to ten working days to get my application processed

I followed up on Thursday 1 September 2016 after receiving no response. I went to an FNB branch where the business banking consultant assisted me to get through to the CIPC department via phone. They indicated to her (and me) that due to a "technical glitch", they only received my email (that I sent on 18 August) on 1 September and could not explain why this was the case. So if I didn't follow up and phone, the CIPC department would never had received my application.

I was then told that it will take three business days to get it processed

Three business days ended today on Wednesday 7 September 2016 and I phoned the CIPC department this morning to find out the progress. I spoke to Lebogang, who told me that my supporting documents were sent to CIPC for verification. They were verified and sent back to FNB. However, Lebogang unfortunately indicated that "somebody forgot to do my application" after it returned from CIPC. She apologised and indicated that I will receive an email from the CIPC departments with the relevant documents by close of business on Wednesday 7 September 2016.

By 3 pm, I received nothing so I phoned Lebogang again and she still assured me I will receive the email by close of business (5 pm).

Closer to 5 pm, no email had come and I tried phoning Lebogang again. No one picked up the phone. 5 pm passed and nothing came through

I am a new customer to FNB and this is terrible service. The FNB website the registration of a new business through their system takes place very quickly but clearly that's not the case!

I am unemployed. I lost out two weeks of potential business due to the delay.

I'd like to know the contact details for the manager for the CIPC department and would like to know from him/her why there was a delay, why wasn't I contacted for the delays, how did the "technical glitch" appear, who forgot to do my application and what are they going to do about this to rectify these mistakes?
