FNB CIPC AGAIN

A previous review due to a delay in registering my business through FNB was answered with action swiftly. One wonders why a complaint needs to be lodged before action takes place. I was asked to sign and return documentation so that my business account could be activated - when I called through today (3 Days Later) I was told that the last log on the system was FNB forwarding me documentation and that they hadn't received it so couldn't action it. The lovely consultant then looked through the e-mail system and found my return e-mail and has now asked for it to be actioned. Why the continuous delays? I have payments that need to be processed through this new account and the continuous delays are proving to be costly. If I did not follow up today...when was this going to take place?
