FNB chowing our money

FNB is eating people's money.... My aunt was depositing her son R5000 and aunt made a mistake of entering a wrong account number of which is her son's too, but while she was doing a transaction, her FNB App froze after realizing that the account number is the wrong one, this account is overdrawn...

Then she immediately phoned FNB and they said she needs to fill a form and send it and they'll charge her R300 and get the money in 5 days. She did so then after 5 days she phoned, they said after 7 days, she phoned after 7 days FNB said 14 days, all of a sudden they saying the money can't be reversed though they promised her heavenss.

I really don't understand why she has to suffer about her money though the account is not even hers, the owner of the overdrawn account is the one who supposed to suffer if he was doing the transfers or what so ever, not that someone do a deposit and the money went to a hole, the hole that one didn't even dig....

Honestly FNB is something else now, I think I just have to leave it too just like others since it's clear that this Christmas one will be broke because FNB is chowing customers money, that R5000 is needed!
