FNB cheque account/Hammond Pole attorneys debt paid still waiting for paid up letter , 3 weeks later.

I paid a settlement amount into Hammond Pole attorneys 3 weeks ago for my FNB Cheque account, I still have not received my paid up letter from FNB, every time I phone the Hammond Pole attorneys call centre, i get told its FNB fault that they are taking so long, my profile is still not clear as well on ITC listing, uncaring and useless bank and useless debt collectors.
