Fnb cheque account opening process is the WORST!!!

It has been over 5 days since I opened a business cheque account, and my account is still on hold. Firstly the consultant didn't send me all the forms to complete(I only find this out when I had to call in on the 3rd day). After finally submitting all documents and paying the deposit fee the account is still blocked and im not able to transact. My card is still not delivered! This has resulted in a loss of income, having to tell my clients im still sorting out my bank account. I have filed a complaint and nothing has been followed up on this case. No calls, no emails.

This is unacceptable!!!!
