FNB CHEQUE ACCOUNT instead of SAVINGS ACCOUNT

a sales consultant by the of Portia from FNB came to my workplace and I have opened a savings account which to my surprise I found that I was owing FNB for a cheque account. I have paid the amount of R3140.22 via LWM which FNB handed me over to.

i would like to claim my money back because I was told I cannot close the account before paying. I have now paid but their debt company has not helped me with a paid up letter and I checked with FNB they saying they only received 1 payment.

I would like FNB to investigate the consultant that opened this account for me.
