Fnb cheque account closure.

I requested my cheque account to be closed since beginning Dec 2022 account still not close while I'm being charged fees.Family member tranferred fund incorrectly to this account for my mom and they took the full amount.Just called again today snd told they cannot close the account.This is unacceptable feel like closing my new account with them as well. Dont know how to repay my mom either.
