Fnb cheque account a nightmare

Your cheque account is the worst thing to ever happen in my entire banking experience. A debit order is due for the 25th normally you send an sms to say deposit R... So that the debit order can be successfully. Guess what since I upgraded to b cheque fnb doesn't do that. You know what they do. They quickly run to say transaction failed so they can cash in on the bank charges. You are not doing it for the first time but you are definitely doing it to me for the last time. You can kiss my account goodbye. We upgrade these accounts over the phone but when we have to downgrade at the branch. You can keep your ebucks. They are the reason I am in this mess.
