Fnb cheque account

It is evident that I don’t have money to pay my personal loans with Fnb,yet my cheque account is still running with a negative balance because of unsuccessful debit orders.are you seriously going to blacklist me for that?why can’t you stop that account?am already owing you please stop ripping people off times are tough. Also i have been to the clearwater branch and Sunninghil to try cancel these Debit orders but guess what your phone lines are always busy literally one holds for an hour to get helped.i eventually left when i call the debit order department i was told to go make a call inside branch. Please close my cheque account and write off whatever is owing. It is not fair that your call centres are over worked and can’t attend to clients when they phone.
