Fnb cheque acc downgrade

Hi I have fnb gold cheque acc . As im under debt review i was told by the bank that in order gor me to downgrade acc the overdraught has to be seprated frm chq acc after the consent order. Well consent order was forwarded to fnb debt review department. Overdraught was finally separated frn chq acc and converted to a loan acc. Fnbdebtreview department told me told me to go to a fnb branch to downgrade chq acc. When i went they say they cant downgrade chq acc as im under dept review and at risk level 4. Pls help as im paying R105 per month for an acc that hardly ever ever used since i no longer use this chq acc ti receive my salary.

Ive been trying since last year to resolve this issue but to no avail.

Pls help or advise for solution
