FNB Cheated Me

In the 3rd week of February this year I bought British pounds from FNB, collecting them at the Rosebank Mall branch. When I arrived in the UK I discovered that 3 of the 20 pound notes were so out of date that they are no longer accepted anywhere in the UK as legal currency. I sent a photograph of the 3 notes to my banker, George Mokholela who kept escalating the situation without ever managing to refund me what I had paid for notes I could not use. (I am still in the UK so unable personally to return them but sent my address for FNB to send a courier for them if that was required.). After 5 months of desperately trying to get FNB to refund me for selling me something unusable, I e-mailed the CEO of FNB, Jacques Celliers asking for his help, which as a loyal FNB customer of more than 2 decades, I feel I deserve. Mr Celliers completely ignored my plea for his assistance. Be warned that FNB foreign currency cannot be trusted and they take no responsibility for correcting their errors.
