FNB CHEAQUE TRANSACTION *****

FNB Is my bank and supposed to look after my money all the time. I had a *****ulent transaction on my Aspire account. Logged on to the app which was also slow to report. They cancelled my card without warning me first which left me stranded at the airport to pay for my other necessities. I looked like a ***** to people whereby the card kept declining when I tried to access funds. I want the transaction to be investigated and please don't charge me for my account being on a minus because of that transaction from GOOGLE YOUTUBE that I have never even authorized nor know.......Your ***** department doesn't answer their phones. Why are they on duty??????
