FNB cheap and useless service

We all get that’s it’s COVID, but keeping your branches open with on working teller is absolutely pathetic!! I have just waited 33mins as the first person in the queue to get to a teller and your branch manager just says oh well too bad. What is someone doing with a teller for over 30mins? And why can’t you open another counter if this happens? Useless service.
