FNB CHATSWORTH (HUNGRY HINGRY HIPPOS)

Fnb Chatsworth branch has a system issue which caused my son and myself to wait from 930 am to 1230 pm to pick a card that was waiting at the bank. The staff left patrons waiting with one staff member Nozipho assisting while the rest of the staff went for lunch with one staff member actually commenting that his lunch was more important than anything else. This is appalling and annoying especially as I'm still here now with Nozipho assisting as other staff trickle in with full bellies as patrons sit hungry and waiting to get their banking issues sorted out.
