FNB "chat“ service is absolutely useless!

Tried to get a hold of FNB via their secure chat facility. Was then sent from pillar to post at first for 20 minutes. Then I was sent to another consultant that kept on sending me the message that she would get back to me "soon“ for another hour and a half. That is almost two hours of my life wasted, and I still have no resolution for my issue
