FNB Chat is so unprofessional

FNB Chat is so unprofessional. I have asked for assistance from 07:54, Nkosinathi disconnected from the chat at 08:58 after an hour of being put on hold. I was then connected to Saadiqa at 09:11, at 09:16 Saadiqa also disconnected. I have never had a good experience with FNB Chat. They're extremely slow to attend to client and very unprofessional. Why was it even introduced in the 1st place?
